If you’ve wondered why you feel tired and you have no energy it’s probably because the lack of sleep. Getting better sleep can be a challenge, but there are several things you can do to make it easier.
First, establish a regular sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day.
Second, create an environment in your bedroom that is conducive to sleep, including keeping the temperature comfortable and the lights low.
Third, try relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga before bed to help your body and mind relax. Finally, if you can’t fall asleep after 20 minutes or so, try getting up and engaging in a relaxing activity like reading or listening to calming music until you feel sleepy again. With a few simple changes, you should be able to get the sleep your body needs.

The most important thing we can do for our sex lives is get a good night’s sleep.
It’s easy to think that our sex lives are just about having enough time and energy for it. But the truth is that when you’re not getting enough sleep, your body doesn’t function properly. And when your body doesn’t function properly, your sex life suffers.
I want men to really realize that better sleep equals better sex. And I want them to understand how much of an impact sleep has on their performance in bed — and how they can get better at it.
Why Sleep Matters For Sex
In this article, I’m going to talk specifically about why we need sleep — and why getting more of it will improve your ability to perform sexually. But first, let’s talk about what happens when we don’t get enough sleep:
- You have trouble concentrating and focusing at work or school
- You feel more anxious or depressed than usual
- You have trouble remembering things or following instructions (this also applies if you drink too much alcohol)
- You feel less energetic than usual (not as much energy means not being able to keep up with your partner during sexual activities)
