Jet Jones Foundation Party For A Purpose Event

Last night I had the honor of attending the Jet Jones Foundation Charity Event. The room was filled with people that were brought together for an amazing cause. DeQuan Jones has a mission to make sure as many kids as possible have school supplies. He told an amazing story about how the foundation even came about. Mr. Jones was in Walmart and saw a mom and her kids and one of her children wanted some school supplies that the mother couldn’t afford and he offered to help them because he remembers how hard life was for him and his mother. In 2015 he started the Foundation and “Over 405 pounds of school supplies were donated.”  I wanna take Erica of The B Frim PR for inviting me out to such a wonderful event and hope that Jet Jones Foundation continues to serve the community for years to come.
