Elevation The Power Of Saying No is a lesson I hope to focus on a lot this year. One of the things that I’ve been heavily focused on is growth XL Tribe is my word of the year elevation. Everything I want in my life going forward needs to be elevating and one of those things in elevation is that it requires isolation. Part of isolation is knowing when to say no.

Listen and Fellas I want you all to understand that we deserve everything that everyone else deserves. We don’t deserve less because we’re bigger or taller or both. This weeks topic was inspired by conversation that I just had early today with someone that I was trying to date. They told me that they did not want to be friends which is a song I often sing very often when you’re dating people and it doesn’t work.

Stop keeping these sole connections from people who aren’t offering you anything in the form of elevation. If you can’t have the whole cake don’t take the crumbs as a peace offering. Furthermore, don’t let anybody groom you or trick you into thinking that all you deserve is the crumbs or the scraps because your a Big & or Tall guy. Don’t let nobody put into your head that no one‘s gonna love you or like you because you’re a big guy don’t let nobody fill your head up with that foolishness. It’s lotta people out here who choose us on purpose. They choose us because they see our innate value and they want to be in our presents so always remember that fellas.
