1. What are your biggest fashion obstacles?
My biggest fashion obstacles are mainly finding clothes that look great, but are cut either too short or the material isn’t exactly what I’m looking for. I usually buy pants and go get them tailored before wearing them.
2. Where are you from and what are biggest fashion trends in your city?
I’m from Cordele, Ga. the fashion trend is really hard to define there because fashion isn’t a big thing in Cordele. A lot of people still dress as if it is the early 2000s. I will say that the younger generation dresses in more like a Migos/new boyz style.
3. Tell us about your biggest fashion nightmare and if it came true do explain. (attach a picture if you can)
During my first big fashion show, my attire was a white OPEN blazer, black pants, with fine red suspenders. NOW the problem worth the suspenders was that they kept popping off when I walked does. It was extremely nervous to walk because the runway was literally 40 yards to and from. Thankfully I didn’t have the wardrobe malfunction during the show haha.
4. What are some of your biggest style inspirations?
I’m a huge fan of the peacoat/trench coat look. Business casual wear is my strong point. Zach Miko is a great inspiration. Kelvin Davis also is a great inspiration along with Michael-Anthony Spearman. All great.
5.Where do you see yourself in five years and how do you see yourself accomplishing it?
Definitely having a family of my own, My beloved family is very important and vital to having success in anything. I plan on having my own business and I am presently taking steps to accomplish that right now. I have a 5-year plan which is in the works at the moment. Very excited.
6.What do you feel is missing in fashion for the men of size?
Nicer clothes in general. When I go shopping I see the variations that smaller men have to choose from and the selection is almost unfair. There’s much less that we have to pick from. The material that bigger clothes are made seems thicker and not as comfortable either. Usually, big brands like Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Burberry, even Gap, only go up to certain sizes in their clothes, which can be discouraging at times when shopping.
7.If you could swap styles with one celebrity who would it be and why?
David Beckham, that guy has crazy swag. He has different styles that he does- from the rugged look to a hippie type then on to suit and tie, Effortlessly at that.
